Welcome!
I am a health policy researcher that applies causal inference methods to understand how health behaviors are shaped through individual and group factors in low-resource settings. I mainly study these empirical questions in the context of randomized controlled trials, or through evaluations leveraging exogenous shocks using quasi-experimental techniques. I have managed several pilot and large randomized controlled trials across sub-Saharan Africa, primarily funded by the National Institutes of Health, and GiveWell. In addition, I have a prior background in mixed-methods research, particularly in the context of intervention design and uptake.
I am an avid baker and a budding latte-artist, enjoy painting in my spare time, and love playing (and watching) tennis.
